What is collected when you visit the website

When the site is accessed, the web server logs access data: shortened IP address, time, address requested, browser type and operating system. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after seven days.

This website sets no cookies for advertising or analytics purposes and embeds no audience measurement services. That is why no consent banner appears either — there would be nothing to consent to.

Fonts

The font files are stored on our own server and served from there. Loading the site does not establish any connection to Google or any other third party; your IP address is not passed on.

Orders and review

When you place an order we process: name of the institution, VAT number, address, name of the contact person, work email address, telephone number and the statement of intended use.

The basis is the performance of the contract and its initiation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as our obligation to supply substances only to suitable purchasers (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR). Every order is reviewed before it is carried out; the VAT number is checked for plausibility.

Declined orders are deleted after six months. Existing accounts remain stored for the duration of the business relationship; records are subject to the statutory retention obligation of six years.

We process order data in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We transmit name, institution and delivery address to the shipping company. Invoice data is passed to the tax advisers and is retained for six years.
